(“JLL” and/or the “Advisor”) has been exclusively retained to offer for sale a portion of the Horse Creek at the Bow Lands—79.18 acres of future development land located on the west boundary of the Town of Cochrane, at the corner of Highway 1A and Horse Creek Road, in Rocky View County (the “Site”).
