Bremner Lands

Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Services, Inc. (the “Advisor”) has been exclusively retained to seek proposals to acquire the Bremner Lands (the “Property”). Interested parties will be required to execute and submit the Vendor’s form of Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving detailed information about the Property.

The Property is approximately 292 acres of residential development land, located in Strathcona County. The Property is located at the northeast corner of Highways 16 and 21, Strathcona County, Alberta. Located within the planned community of Bremner, the subject property, as set forth in the Bremner and Local Employment Area (LEA), Area Concept Plan, is to be developed into a future residential subdivision. The Bremner and LEA Area Concept Plan should be read in conjunction with Strathcona County’s Municipal Development Plan, supporting technical documents for the Bremner and LEA Area Concept Plan.

The Property is being offered to the market on an un-priced basis with offers being evaluated as they are received. No offer, regardless of form or content, will create any binding legal obligation upon the Vendor or the Advisor until fully executed by the Vendor and Purchaser.
