Gerald McGavin Buiding

The Gerald McGavin Building is designed to meet the specialized needs of information technology and biotechnology companies. It is a fully wet-lab capable research facility with adequate make-up air and shafts for fume hoods throughout the exterior perimeter and is a fully secure building with card access, elevator, large common meeting room, showers and secure bicycle storage. This building provides the opportunity for private business sectors to establish commercial activities within UBC campus.
