UBC Sauder Powerhouse Building

The Sauder Powerhouse Project (PHX) is an upcoming 10-storey state-of-the-art flagship building for the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. PHX is well-positioned along West Mall, within walking distance from a mix of student housing, educational buildings, and faculty facilities across the prestigious campus, bringing thousands of daily pedestrians through this main corridor. Upon its estimated completion in Summer 2027, PHX will add over 145,000 SF of additional space to UBC Sauder’s growing student body and program offerings. Building features include a 150-seat lecture theatre, open learning space, offices, event spaces, and facilities for Sauder and UBC communities.
