The Wannalancitt Mills is a historically significant textile mill located in the heart of downtown Lowell and adjacent to the UMASS Lowell Campus. The park consists of over 280,000 SF of space spread among 4 interconnected buildings. While the buildings have been fully renovated to meet the needs of today’s office and high tech manufacturing users the park retains the charm and heritage of the city that fueled the industrial revolution.
