Seven new roll-up doors provide flexible access for logistics and manufacturing workflows, while a dedicated yard enhances operational versatility. The building boasts a clear height of 29 feet, rising to 33 feet at the peak, supporting a wide range of industrial applications. Modern spec office and restroom build-outs are included, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment for both administrative and production teams.
