Cooling for the building is provided by centrifugal water chillers. A central HVAC plant distributes conditioned air to a floor duct loop and provides conditioned air to the direct digital controlled variable volume terminal boxes and ceiling diffusers. The system has an economizer to allow free cooling whenever possible. Heating for the building is provided by gas fired hot water boilers. Hot water is distributed to perimeter variable air volume boxes. Power to each floor is serviced from electrical closets on each floor. Each closet has one lighting panel, as well as 120/208 volt branch circuit convenience load panels.
